That's right. The trio has experienced their first icy treat and it was a big hit! I had some frozen push pops in the freezer and decided one day to try and see what they thought. At first they were a little taken back by the fact that they were so cold. They got over that pretty quick and sucked on them and ate them right up! Good thing they like them as it starts to get warmer out. Yum!

1 year ago today.....
I started this blog! I can't believe it has already been a year! I am very impressed that I have kept up with it this long. I am not a writer by any means. In fact one of my least favorite subjects in school was English. I always dreaded having to write papers and did all the tricks to make it longer. Change the font, the font size, you name it I would try it to make it appear longer. Honestly I didn't think I would last this long. Want to know what kept me going? People actually reading my blog! Even though people don't really comment in the blog I know people are reading it. The little comments by people here and there are what let me know people read. Now I really know you all come for the photos of my cute kids......I don't blame you! I think they are pretty stinking cute too! So Happy 1 year anniversary to me!

We saved the money to throw the trio their first birthday instead which we thought was more important. I had also wanted to make my own baby food but that just didn't happen. We shall see what the future has in store for us. I will continue to work on my list.
I just want to say thank you. Thank you for reading and making me plug forward with all of this. This blog will be a great thing for my trio to some day look back on and treasure. And for that I am Happy.

Timeout!
The time has come. We have made a timeout chair. So far only one little behind has warmed it. Anyone want to guess who that is? It would be Mr. Levi. He gets himself into more trouble every day. I understand he is exploring and testing his boundaries but when the kid looks at me to see if I'm watching, gets and evil grin, laughs and the proceeds to do what he knows he shouldn't be doing he gets redirected a couple times and then it's the chair. His favorite thing to do is stand on the couch, look and see if you are looking, and then grab the blinds and pull. Little stinker. Right now I am using one of our kitchen chairs with a booster seat attached to it until he can sit still somewhat on his own. We shall see how it goes.
I'm sorry Mom I didn't mean it! (don't fall for it! It's all a ruse!) lol

Tent
Grammy bought them a tent a long time ago. We have been waiting for the perfect time to get it out. We decided about a week or 2 ago to get it out and play with it. The bonus part is the tent comes with a tunnel. The boys love tunnels! Paige was iffy about the tunnel but after having the tent up for a few days she eventually went through it. We have lots of fun with our tent. Daddy included. I don't think Daddy has tried to go through the tunnel yet. (operative word there being yet)
The tent crammed into our play area.
Paige more interested in the box it came in.
Levi in the tunnel
Paige in the hole for the tunnel
Paige and Nathan playing with Daddy while Levi is trying to put 2 of the Wiggles into the stroller to take them for a walk!
Alan moved the tent to the play room and added the other tunnel to make it "cooler"
Alan the photographed Levi coming at him. Alan is in the tent and here comes Levi!

Toys are for Daddy?
Daddy likes to play with the trio's toys. Many a time I have come down the stairs to see a pair of feet sticking out of one end of their tunnel and his head the other. I don't know who gets more excited to see a new toy. The kids or the Daddy! I think Daddy is going to be as excited as the kids this Christmas!
Paige is trying to figure out how she can get in too!
She made it through!

We love Grammy!
We love our Grammy! She comes over when Daddy goes to work to help Mommy and play with us! We love to spend time with our Grammy :)
We wait ever so patiently for Grammy to dry our toys off so we can go outside and play.
We love when she brings her newspaper to share with us.
We love when she acts silly and plays with us.
Our Grammy is the best Grammy there is! We love you Grammy!
